- Sleep, Eat, and Exercises covers basic concepts in nutrition, sleep, and physical activity and incorporates a variety of techniques to promote self-awareness and reflection, goal setting, and action toward wellness. Inactivity, poor nutrition, and inadequate sleep are common problems among college students and are leading contributors to a variety of short- and long-term consequences. Research indicates that, in addition to improving physical health, healthy habits can reduce stress and improve academic performance. Sleep, Eat, and Exercise is an introductory level course designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to live a balanced life while in college. prereq: [Undergrad or PSEO] student

PubH 1005 Sleep, Eat & Exercise (SEE) is an introductory level course designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to live a balanced life while in college - and beyond. It covers basic concepts in nutrition, sleep, and physical activity and incorporates a variety of techniques to promote self- awareness and reflection, goal setting, and action toward wellness.
SEE is intended for undergraduate students who want a basic knowledge of one or more of the main topic areas, want help achieving/maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and/or want experience taking an online course. It is entirely web-based. Students must have access to a computer and the Internet and should have basic computing skills.
