Course Catalog Description:: Techniques in equine reproduction. Handling of stallions and mares. Testing for estrus detection. Rectal palpation, ultrasound exam of reproductive tract. Breeding management, hormone treatments, vaginal examination, uterine culture, cytology and biopsy, semen collection and evaluation, intrauterine therapy, artificial insemination.
