Course Catalog Description:: Application of psychological research/theory to issues in personnel recruitment/selection and to measurement of job performance. Applying principles of individual differences, psychological measurement to decision making in organizations (recruitment, selection, performance appraisal). Prerequisite: Psy 3001W, Psy 3711 or Instructor Permission
Class Notes:: This course will follow a hybrid format (i.e., some sessions will be fully remote; others will be fully in person). The schedule for each session's format will be listed on the syllabus.
