- Implanting fixed/removable protocols. Principles of restoring damaged teeth. prereq: 5901 through 5910.
- Class Description:
- This course introduces the student to the principles of dental implant requisite to diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of patients' partial and complete edentulism with implant prosthodontics. The restoration of extensively damaged and endodontically treated teeth will be discussed along with the biomechanical environment of damaged tooth, options for restoration, choices of biomaterials, and the factors affecting the prognosis of the treatment.
