Economic information in investment and location decisions. Economic development policies and tools. Economic impact analysis. prereq: 3006 or ECON 3102 or instr consent

10% In-class Presentations
Exam Format:: I prepare between 10 and 15 essay-type questions. These questions are provided to the students one week before the exam. For the in class exam 3 are selected randomly.
