- LANG 2361 Intermediate Biblical Hebrew I is a Big Ten Academic Alliance CourseShare course. The instructor is at the University of Michigan but you enroll and receive credit for it at the University of Minnesota. This course is received online. It is intended for students who completed a Beginning Biblical Hebrew sequence, and is being offered in place of HEBR 3101. - This is an online CourseShare course received from University of Michigan. Please note different start and end dates. The instructor at Michigan is Prof. Brian Schmidt. This course is designed to introduce the intermediate level student to the fundamental syntactic features of the language. The features covered include the syntax of individual words, phrases, clauses and sentences. In advancing the student's analytical skills beyond basic morphological observations to syntax, the course is designed to increase competency in the analysis, translation and interpretation of the Hebrew Bible.
