Students will be provided with access to professionals who are alumni of the psychology program and will have the opportunity to hear these career professionals speak about their varied career paths and to network with them for advice and connections to other professionals. Students will also receive important information regarding graduate school and career preparation from the Psychology Advising Office and CLA Career Services. In this course, you will develop a project that relates to your personal or occupational interests. It includes extra reading or contact with people working in your area of interest. The most common way to satisfy this requirement is to read a book written by a psychologist for a general audience or to interview at least three professionals working in your area of interest.
