Hands-on work experience within a construction company, applying previous coursework in the workplace, contributing knowledge of best practices, and participating in career and business development exercises. prereq: [[CMgt] major or minor or certificate student], [jr or sr], dept consent
Class Notes:
One evening classroom meeting and one noon teleconference are required for registrants; dates TBA. To register, you must complete an Internship Learning Agreement on the GoldPASS website: goldpass.umn.edu. When that agreement has been submitted and approved, a permission number will be e-mailed to you. Please e-mail the internship coordinator at cceintrn@umn.edu for further information and assistance with registration. NOTE: Enrollment in the internship for Summer 2020 has been suspended due to a temporary restriction imposed by the University on any on-site learning experiences. If you think you will be able to provide documentation that 100% of your learning experience can be on a remote basis, we can consider your internship registration. Please email aphilger@umn.edu to discuss your situation.
