Course Catalog Description:: Theory/practice of fiscal/personnel management for laboratory professionals. Includes introduction to laboratory information systems, legal aspects of test reporting. Government regulatory, certification, licensure, medical ethics of health care, accreditation policies. This is a writing intensive course and meets the campus wide requirement for an upper division, writing intensive course, in the major. prereq: Admission into MLS program or instr consent
