Course Catalog Description:: Legal issues: regulation of the profession, associateships, purchasing a dental practice, starting a practice, dental risk management, contract law considerations. Prereq-In DDS program.
Class Description:: The purpose of this course is to introduce fourth year dental students to legal issues that may arise during the first years of practice.
Grading:: 100% Other Evaluation Other Grading Information: 75% of the grade will be based on class projects, 25% of the grade will be based on online assessments.
