- Explores nutrition through a public health lens and emphasize how nutrition research is translated into recommendations for wellness and chronic disease prevention. We will focus on adult nutrition relating to health and chronic diseases, including obesity, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, cancer, and select additional health outcomes of public health significance.
