- Description of the range of augmentative and alternative communication applications for persons with developmental and acquired disabilities. Topics include assessment, intervention strategies, progress monitoring, generalization, and maintenance; collateral behavior resulting from AAC applications.
- Class Notes:
- This course has two components. The lecture will be completely online in an asynchronous format. There will be no scheduled meeting times for lectures. The regularly scheduled meetings times on Wednesdays will be 75 minutes, rather than 150. Those meetings will be in person and will be used for training in equipment use and testing.
