Modern standard Chinese skills developed through conversation/reading. Meets with 3022. prereq: 4003
Class Description:
Chinese 3022, Summer 2011 Instructors: Li, Chi-ping , Wang, Ling, Zou, Zhen prereq 3021, 5.0 cr As the second part of a two-semester sequence in intermediate modern Chinese, this course is to help students further develop their four basic language skills, especially speaking and reading. The course consists of 1 lecture session and 2 discussion and/or review sessions every day. The pace of instruction is approximately 2 chapters per week. Students are expected to spend a minimum of 10 hours of study per week outside of class. For information regarding quizzes, exams, etc., please see the general course schedule attached.
