Students will meet twice a week with their instructor for a total of approximately 75 minutes, including whole-class lecture-style sessions and smaller group conversation practice sessions; additional synchronous time includes weekly 25-minute student-directed conversation labs. In addition, there are two synchronous speaking assessments over the course of the semester (individual appointments scheduled via signup). All synchronous sessions are during scheduled class times and dates of all synchronous sessions will be provided on the first day of class.
