Course Catalog Description:: Theories, methods, research, and practice of improving performance of individuals at work through adult learning and instruction, including needs analysis, learning philosophy, models of program and instructional design, theory of knowledge and training transfer, learning analytics, and training evaluation. Prerequisites: PSY 3801 or equivalent
