Course Catalog Description:: Reading, writing, speaking, listening. Cultures of Portugal, Brazil, or Portuguese-speaking Africa. Workbook assignments, paired/small group activities. prereq: 1101 or instr consent
Class Notes:: This course will include both asynchronous and synchronous components. Students will meet synchronously three times per week during a portion of the scheduled meeting time (~30 minutes). The dates of all synchronous class sessions will be announced on the first day of class.
Class Description:: Text: "Bem Vindo", workbook, dictionary. Basic grammar points: past tense, possessives, pronouns, agreements (gender/number). Cultural aspects: Brazil, Portugal and/or Lusophone Africa.
