The aim of Beginning Latin is to prepare you to read unadapted Latin texts by providing a solid grounding in grammar and vocabulary along with oral and written practice. With this foundation you will be able to read a wide range of ancient, medieval, and Renaissance authors. In addition, Latin 1002 will help strengthen your grasp of English grammar and vocabulary.
