- Class Description:
- This course is a junior/senior-level course in cell biology that follows the text of Alberts' et al. (Molecular Biology of the Cell). The course has a significant active learning component while not reducing the range of topics (see catalog description and class schedule) and the amount of cell biology that is presented in a standard lecture-format cell biology course at the U of M. The class is likely to have about one half the size of a typical lecture section of Biol 4004.
