Class Description:: This class focuses on exposing students to concepts from social science and behavioral theories to help students develop knowledge-based strategies in firms. This course is for students who expect to have a career in knowledge intensive contexts where the role of information technologies to connect individuals and share knowledge are important for performance. This class will be useful for those interested in building their knowledge of how intrafirm social networks, interorganizational connections are key resources to enhance firm performance and to compete in the emerging knowledge-based economy.
