Course Catalog Description:: Tap techniques and rhythm structures. prereq: 3301 or instr consent
Class Description:: This course is the fourth in a six-semester sequence of tap dance technique. This studio class will focus on intermediate skills of tap dance including pick-ups, pull-backs and wings. There will be a continuing emphasis on musicality and rhythm. The class will practice intermediate footwork and combinations, time steps, tap dance routines, and improvisation exercises.
