Class Description:: Planning and organizing performance improvement of processes, products, and services; Six Sigma process management systems; quality aspects of product/service design; quality determination cost, customer/vendor relations; process control; quality control; management of improvement process; and organizational assessment of quality. Introduction to concepts relevant to service/manufacturing.
