This course is designed for students who intend to work in a business environment. You will begin by learning the basic concepts and terminology of management. As you progress through the course materials, you will begin to understand the components of a manager's job as he or she analyzes and chooses options to benefit the organization. By the time you complete this course, you will begin to understand how the components of a manager's job come together in effective leadership and communication to manage people.
