Emily Saunoi-Sandgren's background includes advocacy, nonprofit management, and policy issues affecting women and children. She has a master's degree in public policy with a minor in population studies from the University of Minnesota and she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology, French, and women's studies from St. Olaf College. She has taught PA 5041: Qualitative Methods for Policy Analysts since its creation in Fall 2009.
