During these class periods, a local arts leader will join the class for the case discussion as well as to share their background and experiences. Finally, students will write a final synthesis paper identifying their career and leadership aspirations, personal mission and values, and how they intend to apply and develop their leadership strengths over the remainder of their engagement in the ACL program.
