Historical trends in water policy, resulting water laws in the United States. Institutional structures whereby water resources are managed at federal, state, and local levels. prereq: Grad student or instr consent
Class Notes:: This section is for UMD students only. This course will be taught on the Duluth campus during May Session 5/21 - 6/8/12.
